Description

Dexter torsion axles with electric brakes, 16" sharp aluminum rims, 10 ply GOODYEAR Endurance USA made tires, matching spare tire and rim, side escape door with padded butt chain and push/pull holdback, full swing rear gate with a super smooth slider, 2- center gates with sliders, and double catch slam latches with exterior release, fold down gate closes off the nose, plexi glass ready on the sides, heavy duty rear skid plate to help protect the trailer if it drags, heavy duty rear rubber bumper trailer and livestock protection, slam latch on rear gate, drop wall vents with hinged covers for increased airflow when you need it, LED lights, 3- interior LED dome lights (1- centered in each compartment), rear LED load light, switches for interior lights and load light recessed in the rear frame, 8 extra clearance lights along top rail, full length running boards with gusset joining to the rear frame, smooth .050" thickness formed aluminum nose sheeting  (metallic black in color) with polished nose caps, one piece .040 thickness aluminum roof with 3M Extreme Sealing tape around the edges to prevent any leaks, .090 heavy duty teardrop fenders (riveted on for easier replacement if ever needed), sealed wiring harness to eliminate wiring issues down the road, heavy duty tubing sidewall supports 15" on center, arched tubing roof bows 32" on center, heavy duty 4" aluminum I-beam floor supports 9 5/8" on center, extra gusseting on all points around the trailer that are subjected to extra stress or heavy duty use, superior top rail with its inside structural web (that also protects the wiring which can be accessed through removable panels), structurally superior bottom rail, 5052 marine grade .125". thickness aluminum tread plate flooring with flattened ribs for increased bowing resistance fully welded on all seams, one piece drop wall and neck gussets formed from .190" thickness aluminum (most competitors use .125 thickness and weld the drop panel to the side gussets), stainless steel or aluminum hardware as much as possible (including all the huck bolts that often rust on other trailers).
